However, there are times when one can find a different perspective on life and it is then that the real power of the mind comes into play. This is when a person becomes optimistic and hopeful.
In this state of mind, they see what used to be as hopeless as hopelessness itself. They know that they cannot control everything but hope for the best and live in the moment. This is why I think it is important for people to take a time out from reality and go to a place where they imagine things to be better than they actually are.
